Over 20 Years of Culinary Excellence: Catering and Dining on the Newburgh Waterfront

Pamela began Pamela’s Traveling feast in 1987 crafting delicious menus drawing inspiration from her experience in the restaurant industry and her travels to various culinary destinations in Europe and the US. After catering many events in NYC and the Hudson Valley. Pamela opened Pamela’s on the Hudson in 2003 on the Newburgh waterfront offering fine dining in a casual atmosphere with live entertainment.

our History: A 20 year Journey Through Restaurant Management and Fine Dining

Pamela began in the restaurant industry at the age of 14 working her way up the ranks through the years. Gaining valuable experience of not only how to serve the customer but to  lead a team. Which led her to open Pamela’s traveling Feast in 1987 forever in pursuit of culinary excellence.

In addition to running multiple businesses Pamela has been a staple of the community in Newburgh and Orange County serving the community volunteering with Safe Homes of the Hudson Valley, the Board of Education, Safe Harbor and the local food banks to name a few.
